Cherry bench after a design by Peter Korn

Bespoke Furniture

Our Bespoke Furniture Process

When you commission a piece of furniture from us, you begin a, collaborative journey — from the very first idea to the moment your finished piece arrives at your home.

1. Concept

Everything starts when you reach out. Together, we explore your vision: what you’re looking for, how the piece will be used, where it will live, and the dimensions or materials you have in mind. After our conversation, I prepare a clear and transparent price quote so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Plan

Once we’re aligned on the concept, I move into the planning phase. I create detailed drawings and produce a digital rendering of your piece. This step gives you a realistic view of what the finished furniture will look like, allowing you to confirm details or request adjustments before construction begins.

3. Build

After you approve the final design, I begin building. Every component is cut, shaped, joined, sanded, and finished by hand with attention to structural integrity, comfort, and visual beauty. This is where your piece truly comes to life — crafted with care, precision, and a commitment to quality.

4. Deliver

When the build is complete, I personally deliver your piece. This “hand-crafted and hand-delivered” approach ensures it arrives safely and is ready to enjoy the moment it enters your home.
